Bryan F. Aylstock is a nationally recognized attorney specializing in personal injury, defective drugs, defective medical devices, class actions, natural disaster insurance cases, and mass tort litigation.   

Bryan and his team have extensive experience advocating for victims of natural disasters. In the aftermath of Hurricane Sally in 2020, Bryan served as lead counsel in a landmark case that successfully held Skanska accountable for the damage caused by its barges during the storm. The team’s dedication was also apparent following Hurricane Michael, where Bryan and his firm represented individuals and businesses who suffered significant losses. 

His practice also focuses on representing individuals harmed by dangerous pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has held key leadership roles in complex, high-profile litigation, including as Lead Counsel representing veterans in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Litigation and Coordinating Co-Lead Counsel for five Multi-District Litigations (MDLs) involving pelvic repair system products.
