Mary Liu is a distinguished attorney whose unwavering commitment to justice has earned her a reputation as a leading advocate for victims and survivors.  

Mary has represented victims of natural disasters, including those affected by Hurricane Sally and Hurricane Michael, helping them navigate complex insurance claims and hold responsible parties accountable.  

Mary’s practice focuses on sexual assault, social media addiction, and medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. She leads the firm's nationwide sexual assault and online abuse litigation, representing victims against institutions like churches, schools, and detention facilities. Passionate about advocating for survivors, she gives them a platform to be heard. 

Mary was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Social Media Addiction Litigation for both the Northern District of California and Los Angeles County Superior Court. She helps lead lawsuits against Meta, Snap, TikTok, and YouTube. 

Mary is licensed to practice in Florida and California and serves on the Board of Directors for Child USA.
